10. CITIC Plaza

CITIC Plaza is a 80 story skyscraper in Tianhe District of Guangzhou. These architectures include high-altitude 391 m of the two antennas on the roof ridge. The building has 598 rooms and 36 lifts. The design of the tower was made by the architectural firm of Dennis Lau Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers. Building on the CITIC Plaza began in 1993 and was completed in 1997. CITIC Plaza is the tallest concrete building in the world.

CITIC Plaza is located in the bustling Tianhe District Guangzhou City. Guangzhou, formerly called Canton, is the capital of the Guangdong Providence, located in South China, 200 km north of Hong Kong. The city has a population of 4 million people and is one of China's cities expanded with many skyscrapers.

The office building is part of CITIC complex also includes 142 meters, 38 apartment buildings and a bustling shopping center. It is also near a new fire station to serve Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Guangzhou Railway and Shenzhen. There are also many restaurants and other commercial buildings in the region, including Guangzhou Book Center and Plaza flooded. The complex is named CITIC China International Trust and Investment Company, which is a state-owned company established the People's Republic of China government encourages investment in China.
